Introduction video to holding assessments

As the saying goes, a picture says more than a 1000 words and we can definitely write more than a 1000 words about our assessment system! So, we thought a quick video would probably be better than a wall of text. The only sound is background music, so you can just turn it off if you don't want to disturb your colleagues.

* Thought our system looked fast? The screen captures used to make this video were reduced in speed by 50%!

Assessment data reporting

In the video above you saw how you can conduct an assessment in TraQQr. But no matter how great a tool is for the regular employee to do their jobs in, management ultimately decides.

With this in mind, we built three very powerful reports for data reporting. The screenshot above is of one of those: our assessment results report.
You can group this report by department, location, function, time period (day/month/year) and more.
You can also decide to split the X-axis on the same options - or just get a total for each grouping.
The y-axis can be set to display the average or median score of assessments, or the amount of assessments created in the selected time period.

This screenshot displays our competence statistics report.
It's a very useful tool to get detailed information on which competences your employees score badly on - and compare results between different parts of your company.
This report can be grouped on competence, competence category, or set alongside with the aforementioned department, location, function and time period.
You can also decide to split the X-axis on the same options - or just get a total for each grouping.
The y-axis can be set to display the average or median score of your grouping.

It's time for your yearly assessment round. Every supervisor should make one for each of his or her employees, but in the end a few are always left out.
No more! TraQQr's workflow progress report gives you a quick overview of which people haven't yet gotten assessed, and whether the assessment is already done or still in a certain step.
It also contains the name of the person the step is in, so you can easily approach the people that need to pick up the slack.

Feature list

  • Workflows
  • Infinite amount of different workflows allowed. For example, you can have an assessment process for office personnel which is completely different from the one for your offshore personnel.
  • You can limit who has creation rights by group, department, location, employment agency, activity type - or a combination of the aforementioned.
  • You can configure an infinite amount of steps for your workflow, and you can determine yourself how you want to connect those steps.
  • Ability to assign one or more reviewers to review your work
  • For each step, you can configure notifications to be sent to either a group, department, the creator (supervisor), employee, reviewer, anyone who rewied a previous step, or again, a combination of the above. What the notification contains, you can decide for yourself.
  • The best thing about all of the above? You can do it yourself with maybe the help of a small manual. No expensive consultant needed.
  • You can continue changing workflow settings after the workflow is in us, while already created records will continue using the old settings.
  • A workflow does not have just the one rigid sequence, you can give the option to skip certain steps.

  • Assessments
  • Each assessment can be about multiple functions.
  • Per workflow, you can have a different set of competences.
  • You can configure a different set of competences to rate per function.
  • If multiple functions have the same competence, you only need to rate it once.
  • You can freely change the competences that need to be assessed for a function without affecting previous assessments.
  • Prefer pen and paper? You can print a blank assessment and then simply enter the completed assessment afterwards.
  • We support group assessments so you can assess an entire department or project group together.
  • Different rating styles in the same assessment are possible.
  • Assessment can be configured to have a pass/fail level.
  • You can award competences based on someone getting a pass for one or more coompetences.
  • You can award certificate(s) based on someone passing his/her assessment.
  • In each step, you can decide whether a certain group and/or supervisor is allowed to rate the competences - or even rate all competences at once.
  • In each step, you can decide whether a certain group and/or supervisor and/or employee is allowed to make general comments on the assessment.
  • In each step, you can decide whether a certain group and/or supervisor and/or employee is allowed to make comments on a competence.
  • In each step, you can decide whether a certain group and/or supervisor is allowed to delete an assessment.
  • In each step, you can specify groups to have read-only access to the assessment.
  • Can be shown in planning - or not.
  • Once an assessment has been archived, it remains easily accessible to both the employee and supervisor.
